Ok guys this is a list of the Club Championships and who has swims. It takes place at Larkhall Saturday the 8th December on poolside for 1:15pm. 
The R1 & R2 means reserves. ( Anyone who is sick in the day they get that swim) for those who have not made Club Championships there is a Junior Championships on the Thursday the 6th December from 7pm. All swims for this will be 50 meters. On this night the swimmers who train on a Thursday can come in at 7:30 - 9pm as the first half hour will be for the Junior meet. 
Can I ask that trophies be returns ASAP please and any raffle prizes to give in as well.
